The admin here needs something to get things going with so here is the basic instructions from the back of package of the Duncan's Own 7 Grain Seasoned Flour Mix, For all Meats and Vegetables. It also comes in a Whole Wheat version.

Cooking Instructions for a starting point with Duncan's Own Seasoned Flour Mix Mix

Instructions
- Measure mix into a shaker bag or onto a plate.
- Moisten what you are cooking with water, milk or beaten egg
- Shake off excess liquid and coat with mix
- Bake uncovered at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes, turn and bake an additional 20 minutes. Pan or deep fry until golden brown checking that the inside is done. Internal temperature at 165 degrees F.
